While this network builds off of recent projects sponsored by the Greater Twin Cities United Way, Northwest Area Foundation, and others, the EWN serves as a co-learning environment that fosters culturally based outcomes for communities color and American Indians.

Dashboard Resources
As an Equity Workforce Network participant, you have access to the Greater Twin Cities United Way Job Outcomes Dashboard. By entering consenting participant data into WorkforceOne, the state’s workforce database, programs will have access to an Outcomes Dashboard that shows the employment and wage outcomes of participants from one year pre-enrollment to up to three years post-enrollment.
This tool is built to be used for continuous improvement within your program. Views are dynamic and users are able to select variables to see as an aid in discovering and uncovering practices that best support increased earnings and employment for their participants.
